A mom of two and the founder of Moms Fit Life. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to feel like yourself again after having kids. After my pregnancies, I struggled with pain, weakness, and feeling disconnected from my body. Those challenges led me to dive into corrective exercise training, focusing on pregnancy and postpartum recovery. With this knowledge, I rebuilt my strength, confidence, and ability to show up for my family the way I wanted. Now, I’m here to help you do the same. My goal is to make fitness simple, effective, and achievable for busy moms, whether you're healing from childbirth, managing pain, or just looking to feel strong again.
