Fitness isn't about shrinking. It's about strength, confidence, and feeling good in your body — now and for years to come.
I used to think fitness was about getting smaller.
A smaller pant size.
A smaller number on the scale.
A smaller portion on the plate.
But somewhere along the way — maybe it was during a pregnancy, or after a rough postpartum recovery, or after waking up again with that familiar back pain — I realized something:
I’m not doing this to be skinny.
I’m not working out to impress anyone.
I’m not tracking my food to punish myself.
And I’m definitely not living my life in pursuit of a six pack.
Now? I move differently.
✅ The energy to get through the day without crashing by 3pm.
✅ The strength to age gracefully — and pain-free.
✅ Confidence in my body, even if it doesn’t look like it used to.
✅ Food that fuels me (not restricts me).
✅ The ability to pick up a kid, do a Target run, and still have gas in the tank.
✅ Joints that don’t ache just from getting out of bed.
This is what fitness looks like now.
It's functional. It fits my life.
And it's the same thing I help women build inside my 1:1 coaching.
We don’t need to shrink.
We need support.
We need strength.
We need systems that actually work for our season of life.
And that’s exactly what I’m here to help you build.
